Renesas Electronics RAA210825 DC/DC Power Modules with PMBus Interface
Renesas Electronics RAA210825 DC/DC Power Modules with PMBus Interface are designed to deliver 25A of continuous output current without the need for airflow or heat sink. These power modules integrate a digital PWM controller, power inductor, synchronous MOSFETs, and passive components. The RAA210825 power modules use ChargeMode™ control architecture that responds to a transient load within a switching cycle. These power modules come with a preprogrammed configuration for operating in a pin-strap mode. External pin-strap resistors are used to program output voltage, input UVLO, switching frequency, soft-start/stop delay, ramp times, and device SMBus address.
